We are looking for reliable candidates for Harvest
Support to join our Raspberry Team in Wesley Vale, Tasmania.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, flexible role supporting both
the harvest and maintenance teams. You'll assist with a range of farm
activities to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
* Working
across various farm tasks such as weeding, netting, runner removal, and
general farm duties
* Operating
tractors and other farm equipment (training provided)
* Supporting
harvest and maintenance operations as needed
* Maintaining
a safe work environment and following all safety procedures
Successful candidates will have:
* Own transport (manual driver's licence) - ESSENTIAL
* Availability to work for at least 6 months, including varied shifts
and weekends
* Farm experience across multiple roles (preferred but not essential)
* White Card, Working at Heights, tractor or machinery experience,
equipment tickets, or trade qualifications are highly regarded but not
required
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual farm work
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
