You'll also manage a direct report and play a key role in uplifting procurement capability across the team, embedding smarter, more efficient ways of working.

* Identify and mitigate procurement risks with confidence and foresight.
* Manage multiple priorities in a high‐volume environment while maintaining a strong customer and stakeholder focus.
* Contribute to strategic planning, continuous improvement initiatives and successfully manage change with lasting impacts.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a fast‐paced, complex ICT environment where technology and business priorities continually evolve.

You'll be someone who:

* Brings strong procurement and commercial expertise, including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.
* Demonstrates advanced analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
* Has exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities across large, complex environments.
* Excels at prioritisation, multitasking and delivering outcomes in high‐volume, demanding settings.
* Has relevant qualifications in procurement, business, commerce or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Has proven experience managing ICT procurement categories such as cloud, infrastructure or software.
* Has a strong understanding of risk management, governance and public‐sector procurement frameworks.
