Work for one of Western Australia's longstanding Settlement Agencies specializing in residential, commercial, rural, and private sale property transactions. In this busy agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the business.
Our client is seeking a Licensed Conveyancer ready to step into this business and take the organisation and position to the next level.
**The Position, but not limited to**
- Responsible for the agency as the licensee in Bona fide control
- Manage their own files
- Maintain and develop client and referral relationships.
- Prioritise deadlines.
- Attend settlements if needed.
- Working with a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment using SETTS PLUS and PEXA systems to process property lodgement and settlement.
- Oversee and supervise two staff members.
- This role would require some travel, potentially every 8 - 10 weeks.

**The Criteria**
- **Must be a licensed Conveyancer.**:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional computer skills, MS Office Suite, Setts Plus & Pexa
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
