Our client who is a leader in architectural paints and products has a vacancy for an experienced Customer Service Operator located in Eastern Creek.
The Customer service operator will be required to report to the NSW Customer service manager and will manage the end-to-end process of orders and claims from their major clients.
This is a temporary to permanent position based in Eastern Creek, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Handling sales and service enquiries
- Establishing a good rapport with the customers and providing accurate information on stock availability
- Providing exceptional customer service
**To be successful, you will need**:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Good interpersonal and team skills.
