Full-Time Position (Max-Term Contract until 30/06/2026)
We are excited to offer a Full-Time Position (Max-Term Contract until 30/06/2026) for a Community Support Worker within our Community Living Support (CLS) Mental Health Program based in Bowral.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing support to Participants in the mental health community outreach services, to improve their independence by assisting with living skills, transport, social activities, as well as other supports as required.
* Keeping customer records up to date using online systems.
* Developing and maintaining professional relationships with people, families, caregivers and key stakeholders.
* Completing risk assessments, support plans and other required documents in a timely manner.
* Working with people living with Mental Health issues.
What you will bring to the role
* Qualification in Mental Health or Community Services, OR equivalent relevant experience in the human services industry.
* Demonstrated understanding of mental health issues affecting individuals, young people, families and communities.
* Experience in the mental health and community sector, with strong knowledge of services, Mental Health programs, NDIS and Understanding of Person-Centered Practices.
* Valid NSW Drivers C class license, with ability to drive vehicles in this license class.
* Valid First Aid Certificate, NDISWC, WWCC, Police Check or willingness to obtain prior to starting with us.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience.
