We are seeking a reliable, system-oriented, and organised individual willing to expand and develop their skills, to join our Campbellfield team as a Project Administrator. As a key player in our project management efforts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient administrative processes to support this multiprogram group within our organisation. Initially office-based at our Campbellfield depot, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week following a successful probationary period.

Job Description
The Role: Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be working as a member of the CNI project team where you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support in a fast‐paced environment. This position requires effective communication with external workforce, field supervisory staff, and internal teams to ensure streamlined operations.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
* Perform data entry into project databases and perform associated administration activity.
* Perform tasks in MS Excel related to presenting data for reporting and analysis purposes.
* Manage and process inbound emails from a central mailbox, file and coordinate related activity resulting from the inbound correspondence.
* Perform various tasks related to tracking and chasing, this involves following up on progress and providing feedback, assisting with taking phone calls and producing reports.
* Assist with taking notes and compiling minutes of meetings.
* Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and contribute toward efficiency.
Desired Skills and Experience

* Prior experience with database entry and data handling is preferred.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Have high attention to detail, and high level of accuracy regarding data entry.
* Be able to learn new systems within a short timeframe, with a pro‐active "can do" attitude to getting things done.
* Can plan and structure your daily work within a routine.
* Have suitable computer skills (MS Office 365 - Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM).
* Have proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
