About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our Field Service team as an Equipment Service Planner. This is a unique coordination role that requires precision, pace, and a strong service mindset.
* Respond to incoming requests for preventative maintenance servicing
* Confirm bookings and keep customers updated on progress
* Schedule technicians, vehicles, and resources to meet service timelines
* Order parts and consumables for upcoming work orders
* Communicate service plans clearly to technicians and lube truck operators
* Maintain documentation, job reports, and service records with accuracy
* Support the team with proactive planning and follow-up on upcoming work
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating equipment services, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining accurate records. They will work closely with the customer service supervisor to ensure seamless execution of services.

Requirements
* Possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Have strong administration and data entry skills with great attention to detail
* Be able to adapt to changing plans with a calm and flexible approach
* Have a good mechanical aptitude or understanding of service operations
* Experience in a similar coordination, planning, or mechanical industry role (highly regarded)
