What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow a multi-million-dollar portfolio of clients in aged care, healthcare, and construction
- Close complex, high-value deals involving Nurse Call, Access Control, and Smart Communications
- Identify new verticals and opportunities — think hospital groups, developers, facility management firms
- Collaborate with our leadership team to refine value propositions and drive marketing impact
- Travel to meet clients and convert opportunities across metro and regional areas
- Lead the sales process from lead to close
- Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor
- Be ambitious, strategic, and motivated by success (and commissions)
- Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines, and stay proactive on targets

- A seasoned B2B sales professional with 5+ years in ICT, healthcare tech, security, or communications
- Comfortable leading the entire sales process from lead to close
- A trusted advisor who builds lasting relationships with decision-makers
- Ambitious, strategic, and motivated by success (and commissions)
- CRM-savvy, pipeline-focused, and proactive in managing targets
