As a Video Producer at Paradise Landscaping, you will lead the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality video content that showcases our projects and brand.
This includes creating Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) compliance videos and managing the entire production process—from concept development to final delivery—ensuring all content meets creative, technical, and compliance standards.

Task & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Landscaping Supervisor, you will manage the entire production process, ensuring all content meets creative, technical, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities include:
Creative Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards for project videos and promotional content.
Production Management: Plan and coordinate all aspects of video shoots, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Filming & Direction: Capture high-quality video footage for various projects, ensuring visual excellence and adherence to project specifications and brand guidelines, including content for Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) reporting.
Compliance Monitoring: Monitor landscaping projects for ITP compliance and incorporate evidence into video content.
Post-Production Oversight: Supervise editing, colour-grading, sound mixing, and final delivery of video content optimized for multiple platforms (social media, websites, broadcast, and contractor induction portals such as HammerTech, ProCore, Breadcrumb).
Digital & Social Media Management: Monitor and maintain social media pages and the company website, designing new and creative content to engage audiences and enhance brand presence.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all video content aligns with Paradise Group's HSQE standards and brand requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent time-keeping
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work outside in the tropical climate of Darwin
Good communication skills
Northern Territory Occupational Health and Safety construction card (White Card)
3 years experience in live streaming & multi-camera productions
Experience in quality control inspections
Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools
Full clean Northern Territory driving licence
Knowledge of Local / Council Landscaping Regulations / Codes and the NT Planning Scheme or a willingness to learn
