Contract Support for Engineering Team - Blue Chip Mining Client
This Top Tier mining client has an opportunity for a Contracts Administration Co-ordinator to join one of their Engineering teams. As the Contract Administration Coordinator, you will provide high level administration support, preparation of various documentation and reports, coordination of correspondence and organising.

You will have the ability to work with all levels of staff while ensuring you maintain a high quality of integrity and ethical behaviour. Your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills along with your attention to detail will see you maintain a high-quality work standard. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
- Experience in achieving objectives, meeting tight timeframes and able to priorities work activities to meet the company requirements
- Experience in coordinating and preparing reports, presentations, briefing papers, and any other documents in accordance with contract requirements
- The ability to provide high attention to details and maintain accuracy.
This role is on offer on a contract to permanent basis and we are looking for someone who can grown into a more senior role in the long term. You will be offered the opportunity to work from home on a regular basis.
