Job Title: Administration Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administration assistant to join our team. As an administration assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the centre director and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with experience in debt management being essential. You will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
1. Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build attendance pipeline activities that foster engagement among families
2. Deliver high standard customer service through active listening and problem-solving techniques
3. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using our internal systems
