The Opportunity
Working within our Product team, the Product Support Specialist plays an important role in supporting franchisees with the implementation of new production equipment and developing our network's product knowledge through in bakery support and hands‐on training facilitation.
Working in a fast‐paced environment, some of your responsibilities in this permanent full‐time role include:
* Supporting the implementation of new production equipment in bakeries
* Driving quality and consistency of our product throughout the network
* Assisting with the development and delivery of Bread shows, Forums and other relevant events
* Developing product training resources and policies
* Assisting with new and existing product development activities such as ingredient testing

* The ideal candidate will hold relevant baking qualifications and have extensive experience within the baking industry, including either retail or commercial bakery environments
* The successful candidate's excellent communication and baking skills will see them flourish in the role
* We are looking for someone who has a strong ability to mentor and influence others
* You will be required to regularly travel interstate within the role so a valid driver's licence is a must
* Some weekend work will also be required
