Veterinary Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Veterinary Support Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their animals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy.
* Transfer calls to relevant departments.
* Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service and facilitate appointment setting.
* Facilitate patient admissions and discharges.
* Ensure register balances are reconciled daily.
* Assist with preparing invoices and documentation.
* Replace merchandise in the waiting room store.
* Complete administrative tasks.
* Responsible for opening and closing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and tidy.
Requirements:
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Experience in high-volume customer service environments.
* A minimum of 2+ years in administrative and reception roles.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and IT systems ability.
