We are seeking a dynamic and strategic senior leader to drive technology‐led growth and delivery excellence across multiple markets. This is a leadership role designed for an experienced professional with a strong background in technology delivery, presales, and business growth.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technology understanding, strong commercial acumen, proven leadership experience, and a passion for building high‐performing engineering organisations.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a technology‐aligned delivery leader with strong affinity to engineering excellence
* Lead and manage diverse delivery and engagement models, including staff augmentation, fixed‐price, capacity‐based, and outcome‐based programs
* Drive business growth and account expansion across strategic customer portfolios
* Oversee end‐to‐end presales, delivery, and customer engagement to ensure scalable and sustainable growth
* Own commercial performance, including financial governance and portfolio oversight
* Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and delivery quality
* Build, mentor, and lead high‐performing delivery and engineering teams
* Maintain strong awareness of market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations
* Collaborate with global leadership teams to align regional initiatives with overall organisational strategy
* Identify new opportunities and shape innovative technology‐led solutions to address evolving market demands
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role (Director or equivalent) with responsibility across delivery, presales, and growth initiatives
* Strong background as an engineering or technology leader, with experience building and scaling Agile teams
* Prior experience working within large IT services or technology consulting organisations
* Demonstrated success in managing large delivery portfolios with commercial accountability
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast‐paced, global, and multicultural environment
Education & Background
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
* 20+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, or related industries
* Proven track record of driving market expansion, revenue growth, and delivery excellence
