About the Position
We are seeking keen workers to come and join our site based in Ultima which processes hay. We are looking for committed staff who are keen to work. We are a major processor and exporter of animal fodder to overseas markets, including Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan and have positions available to come on board and assist us in our processing.
We are currently seeking candidates to join us as Hay Press Operators.These roles are on a casual basis offering $ Casual Loading + Super.
Please note, applicants must be able to work rotating day and night shifts (Monthly) and be local to the Ultima area.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to
* The loading and unloading of containers.
* General manual handling duties
* Sorting and strapping loads
* General ad-hoc duties regarding the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our plant
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
* Strong commitment to safety and quality of work.
* Have a positive attitude, be both reliable and punctual.
* The ability to conduct some manually handle duties.
* Previous experience with manual handling work is preferred.
* Have demonstrated experience of working effectively within a team environment.
