Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately prepare quotes using modern estimating software
* Liaise with insurers, customers, and workshop staff to ensure smooth job flow
* Maintain a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
* Help manage the throughput of a busy workshop
You Will Need:
* Previous estimating experience in the smash repair industry
* Confidence working in a high-volume environment
* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
* Familiarity with insurance platforms and quoting systems
