Executive Assistant Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide executive-level support and administrative services to assist the achievement of organisational objectives.
* Act as the point of contact, prioritise matters and requests, and initiate action, maintaining confidentiality to facilitate optimal use of the Executive's time.
* Coordinate the Executive's diary, records and correspondence, travel arrangements, and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of the Executive's directorate.
