About the role
Wallan Tyrepower is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager. We expect that you have a strong history in the industry and many sucessful years of experience to bring to the party. We are looking for someone to lead and grow this dynamic, state of the art Tyrepower site. Strong Internet and social media skills are a must.
As Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth within our automotive retail store.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing all retail and workshop operations and ensuring the efficient and profitable running of the store
* Multiple weekly social media posts and interactions
* Internet sales coordination
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets
* Motivating, training, and managing a high-performing team
* Fostering a positive and customer-centric work environment
* Analyzing sales data and making data-driven decisions to improve store performance
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and industry regulations
* Collaborating with the wider Wallan Tyrepower team to support the company's overall business objectives
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a auotmotive sales management role, preferably within the tyre industry
* Proven track record of leading and motivating a sales team to exceed targets
* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional in-store experiences
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Proficient in using data and analytics to drive business improvements
* Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends
