We are working on an exciting assignment with a top-tier mining company for a commercial lawyer to join us and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment based in Perth.This assignment will involve advising on a range of matters including commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, regulatory compliance, and joint venture work.
The assignment is full-time, initially running for 9 months with a possible extension.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, regulatory compliance, and joint venture work for a mining sector engagement.To join us, you willHave at least 5-10 years PQE, ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training).
