Overview

The Campaign Manager (Partnerships) in the Marketing team will oversee end-to-end campaign management with a focus on partnerships and sponsorships, supporting broader marketing initiatives.

Primary Location

This role is open to all locations within Australia.

Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver campaigns from idea to execution and reporting, ensuring brand and compliance requirements are met.
- Work closely with major partners, keeping everything on track and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with the creative team to produce campaign assets on time, meeting brand standards and partner expectations.
- Collaborate across teams to assign tasks, track progress, and keep everyone accountable.
- Monitor campaign performance and deal entitlements, sharing insights to lift future campaign impact.
- Assist with managing budgets to deliver campaigns within agreed financials.
- Resolve issues or negotiate with partners to keep campaigns running smoothly.

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in campaign or project management, particularly in marketing or partnerships.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, building strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Experience working on campaigns in sports or entertainment sectors, with a passion for racing and sports desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Remuneration

The advertised salary is $115,000 - $135,000 + Super + Benefits, with room for flexibility.
