About the Role
As a Store Manager Couple, you will:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of ALPA supermarkets in remote communities
* Coach, mentor, and support local team members
* Bring ALPA's nutrition policy to life by promoting healthier choices
* Work closely with merchandising, nutrition teams, and community leaders to keep stores running smoothly
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management
* Strong knowledge of electronic retail systems (POS, stock control, staff scheduling)
* Certificate III in Retail or willingness to complete within 12 months
* High adaptability and cultural awareness in remote or regional settings
