Team Lead - Retail Services
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and be able to motivate and guide a team of 30 members in providing exceptional retail services. This includes ensuring consistent delivery of trolley availability, safety, food safety, cleaning, hygiene, and waste management.
In this role, you will create effective work schedules/rosters, manage procurement of necessary supplies, evaluate team members using key metrics, and provide constructive feedback. Additionally, you will build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including department managers, customers, and community members.
A critical component of this position is the ability to lead by example and demonstrate high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. You will also need to be comfortable working within a regulated framework (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conduct, etc.). Experience in a leadership capacity or aspects of leadership are highly desirable.
This is a permanent, full-time (40 hrs per week) opportunity with flexible early-morning, daytime, and late-night shifts.
