We are wanting to expand with an Experienced individual or individuals with friendly waiting experience.

Hours are a normal hospitality hours 15 +
plenty on offer to the right person.

Key Responsibilities are
* Customer Service: Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed information about menu items and specials.
* Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all guest requests are met.
* Food Delivery: Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, checking back to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
* Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables between guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
* Payment Processing: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, providing guests with their bills and processing payments.
* Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other FOH team members to ensure smooth service and communication during busy periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
* Customer Service Orientation: A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
* Multitasking Ability: The Capability to manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure orders are taken and delivered accurately.
* Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not always required; training will be provided.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.50 – $44.78 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
