About The Role
As an ALDI Graduate Area Manager, you will undergo an 18‐month training program specifically designed to develop leaders of tomorrow. You will learn all aspects of our business, lead successful teams, participate in projects, and upon completion assume the role of Area Manager, running 5‐6 stores in a multi‐million‐dollar business.
Responsibilities
* Recruit, train, motivate and develop store staff.
* Plan and manage daily workload to achieve store targets and resource objectives.
* Own and be accountable for business deliverables.
* Use initiative to control, manage and continuously improve quality and efficiency of work.
* Ensure employees adhere to ALDI controls, policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Graduate degree (Bachelor or Master) completed within the last 2 years.
* Demonstrated academic excellence with transcripts.
* Willingness to relocate within Queensland (including Far North Queensland and NSW North Coast) as required.
* Proactive seeker of feedback, equips for personal and team growth.

Remuneration
* Transparent tiered salary starting from $128,700 (including superannuation and car) and transitioning to $154,500 after Year 1.
