What You’ll Do:
• Manage a portfolio of around 100 properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor visits
• Communicate with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Handle tenant applications, prepare lease agreements, and oversee rent collection
• Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve disputes efficiently
• Provide regular updates and reports to landlords on their properties
• Ensure all work is compliant with relevant legislation and industry standards
Who We’re Looking For:
• Experienced in Property Management or BDM roles
• Hold a Certificate of Registration (COR) or Class 2 Licence
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
up to $85,000! Negotiable for the right candidate
