**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including opening and closing shifts.
- Ensure that the cafe consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor expenses to maintain profitability.
- Train, mentor, and develop cafe staff, providing guidance and support.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and coordinate shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Drive sales through creative marketing and up-selling strategies.

**Your experience**:
- Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Enthusiasm for coffee and a good understanding of coffee preparation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
- Availability for morning, night, and weekend shifts.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and customer service goals.
- Food safety and hygiene certification (preferred).
