Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain reward benchmarking and provide advice on market practices to stakeholders across the Fund.

* Enhance the reward acumen of the team, particularly in Talent and Colleague Partnership functions.

* Play a central role in delivering cyclical annual remuneration processes, including the Annual Remuneration Review and Promotions/ In-role adjustment process.
">
* Partner with industry peers, third-party providers, and reward leaders to stay informed of critical reward trends and developments.

Requirements:

* 4+ years' experience as a Reward Specialist/Analyst/Consultant.

* Sound knowledge of market benchmarking and job evaluation techniques.

* Strong analytical capability in Excel.

* High personal integrity and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
