About the Role

Based in our Northcote office, this position supports our sales consultants and clients in campaign administration and marketing.

Working from Monday to Friday there is the option to work one day per week from home after a qualifying period.

The role is responsible for;


• Assisting with sales campaigns

• Preparing sales appraisals, listing presentations and proposals for clients

• Analysing and preparing reports on market data

• Co-ordinating with vendors, buyers and external suppliers

• Co-ordinating and assisting with Open For Inspections & Auctions

• Processing sales files, ensuring compliance

• Pre and post client care

• Database management using our CRM, Box+Dice

About You

If you have a background in sales administration and are proactive, organised and detail-oriented, we'd love to hear from you.

The success applicant will have;

• An Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License

• Previous experience in real estate sales or administration

• Professional and positive demeanour

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Punctual and reliable

• Have a Victorian Drivers License and reliable vehicle
