You will be responsible for managing proposals, project planning, and client engagement while contributing to team development and office leadership initiatives.
About the Role
* The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Structural Engineer with leadership experience and strong project management skills.
* A successful track record of client-facing experience is essential, particularly in regional Victoria or open to relocation.
* You will be motivated to grow a team and drive high-quality project outcomes, working on diverse infrastructure projects such as bridges and large-scale energy and retail projects.
