Individual Income Tax Return Division Head
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced tax professional to join the team at our Dulwich office as Individual Income Tax Return Division Head.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to discuss income tax-related matters and provide immediate guidance
Prepare and finalise individual income tax returns during client meetings, where possible
Distribute work amongst team members
Prepare any individual tax returns that cannot be delegated
Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of all finalised work
Follow up on outstanding queries and resolve them efficiently
Manage and prioritise incoming workflow to meet deadlines
Maintain records of all returns and monitor ongoing jobs
Collaborate with Directors on job deadlines and progress updates
We are looking for someone who has the following:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
A track record of implementing process improvements
