Your new role
As Customer Service & Support Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service both over the phone and at the trade counter. You'll support the sales team with administration, CRM management, and post-sale customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
* Processing website orders and managing sales inboxes
* Generating quotes and closing direct sales enquiries
* Maintaining CRM records and supporting field sales reps
* Delivering proactive customer care and resolving issues
* Participating in daily huddles, weekly reports, and monthly reviews
This is a full-time, in-office role with hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
* Previous experience in a similar customer service or sales support role
* Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
* A team-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
