The Role
Actively oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
Ensure service is compliant with all service, state and NQS policies and legislations
Create a fun, collaborative and stimulating environment for team members
Creating and maintaining effective communication and partnerships with the families
Mentoring team members to meet the standards and quality practices
Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children, team and community
Role Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
Previous experience within a Centre Director position
Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks, rating and assessment process
Effective communication and management skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and the community
Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices

The Company
This beautiful service is based in Carrara. Opening its doors 6:30am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. This is a purpose built service with a large outdoor area filled with stimulating activities for the children. The classrooms are filled with natural light and amazing facilities. The team are seeking an experienced Director who will support the service!
