We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store/Operations Manager to join our team at Dukes Estate Agents.
Located in the Lower Blue Mountains, our client operates a traditional fish and chips shop with a Glenbrook twist.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing top-tier customer service and a strong understanding of managerial practices.
* Customer Service: Be the face of our business, meeting and greeting customers, taking orders in a friendly and timely manner, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Ordering and Restocking: Complete daily ordering and restocking of supplies as required.
* General Assistance: Provide general assistance in the kitchen.
* Daily Operations: Manage daily open/close, cash up, and cleaning procedures.
About You:
* Previous experience working in busy restaurants, cafes, or take-away businesses is essential.
* Strong understanding and experience in managerial practices.
* Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude towards assisting customers.
* Experience in food preparation.
* Strong communication skills and confidence.
* Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
* Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
* Excellent work ethics.
* Strong understanding of food handling and hygiene practices.
