In this pivotal role, you will oversee the effective delivery of our Children's Contact Service. As a seasoned professional, your expertise will be instrumental in providing leadership and expert guidance to support staff on day-to-day operational matters.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Ensure efficient staffing and workflow for our CCS team.
* Service Delivery Oversight: Monitor service delivery and contribute to developing policies and procedures.
* Case Management: Maintain accurate case notes, prepare necessary documents, and plan oversight.
* Leadership: Take a leadership role alongside senior colleagues.
* Communication: Provide excellent written and verbal communication.
Qualifications and Experience
* A degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field with relevant experience.
* Experience working with separated families or knowledge of family dynamics.
* An in-depth understanding of family separation and conflict on children.
* High-level knowledge of child development principles, mandatory reporting, and suicide intervention strategies.
* Proven leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
