Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for graduate and internship roles, while also driving employer branding initiatives and campus engagement strategies. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing full-cycle recruitment for graduate and internship roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
* Retaining and developing graduates as future leaders
* Collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and talent pipelines
* Coordinating and facilitating assessment centres, group interviews, and candidate presentations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 4+ years of experience in early talent recruitment, campus hiring, or a related HR role
* Understanding of retail business and hiring experience at frontline workforce is preferred
* Mandatory experience in campus or branding-related initiatives
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns with attention to detail and timelines
* Passion for youth engagement, leadership development, and diversity in hiring
