About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will architect and deliver solutions using the full Microsoft suite including Power Platform, Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and more. You'll play a pivotal role in automating workflows, developing AI‑driven Copilot agents, optimising reporting, and enhancing user experience across our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
* Integrate Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for seamless business processes.
* Build and deploy Copilot agents and AI solutions to drive efficiency and scalability.
* Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
* Standardise templates and processes and implement best practices for collaboration and document management.
* Provide training and support to staff on new tools and automations; develop user guides and documentation.
* Implement and maintain security protocols using Microsoft Security tools (Defender, Purview, Entra ID).
About You:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure cloud services, and Microsoft 365.
* Experience automating business processes and developing solutions across the Microsoft suite.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
* Proven track record in delivering technology‑driven efficiency improvements, ideally within financial services.
* Experience with data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation using Power BI.
* Knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance tools.
* Experience training and supporting staff in Microsoft tools and automation.
