About the Opportunity
RACV is currently seeking talented candidates to join our passionate and friendly team at RACV City Club Members Dining Room.
With previous experience in an a la carte section waiting and delivering degustation and tasting menus, you take great pride in guiding our members through this unforgettable experience. Your service and serving etiquette is up to the RACV standard when controlling the pace, always anticipating our members needs before they do and bringing your warm and welcoming personality to each table.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Strong and genuine customer service skills
- Ambition to continually maintain high standards and further your skills
- A positive attitude and approach
- Ability to work in a busy team setting
- Excellent presentation
- Valid RSA certificate
- Full working rights in Australia
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a Wednesday-Saturday roster (lunch and dinner), including public holidays and the festive season
- Fine dining experience is highly desirable
