The Role: Your Next Big Step
Take the lead in a fast‐paced, dynamic position supporting a high‐performing Property Management team. With hands‐on experience and exposure to premium properties, your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with a Senior Property Manager to deliver exceptional service
* Processing applications and conducting thorough reference checks
* Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
* Managing repairs, maintenance, and inspections, including condition reporting
* Overseeing lease negotiations and sign‐ups to create seamless client experiences
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a driven go‐getter ready to thrive in a dynamic environment. You'll need to bring:
* A Real Estate License, a reliable car, and a valid driver's license
