Main Responsibilities:
* Assist with audits, providing support to teams and ensuring timely delivery within agreed standards.
* Analyse data using information technology and computer systems, preparing reports and contributing to audit work.
* Effectively supervise team members, providing clear instructions, timely review of work completed, and constructive feedback.
* Collect and analyse evidence and data, maintaining accurate records.
* Take interview notes and maintain working papers to record evidence of audit work.
* Maintain regular relationships with personnel in organisations under review.
* Prepare draft reports on audit outcomes for discussion with clients and internal review prior to tabling in Parliament; assist in the process of tabling reports including preparing briefings and presentations.
* Contribute to team cohesion and maintain professional relationships within the Office.
* Perform other relevant duties as directed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in auditing and related fields.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Proficiency in information technology and computer systems.
