Join our Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery team as a Territory Manager, responsible for driving business growth and supporting surgeons across NSW.
In this role, you'll:
Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with plastic and breast surgeons, theatre staff, and key opinion leaders.
Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships.
Provide in-theatre support and deliver product training to hospital and clinic staff.
Develop and execute strategic territory business plans, report on sales activities, and stay up to date with product knowledge.
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service
What you'll bring:
Minimum 3 years' sales experience in medical devices (implant experience preferred).
Degree in science, biomedical engineering, or similar (preferred).
Experience in theatre environments and strong knowledge of anatomy for breast/aesthetic surgery.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Car license, willingness to travel, and some out-of-hours work required.
