We are seeking a skilled contract professional to lead and support contract management activities across complex projects and portfolios. You will provide advice on contract negotiation, drafting, and governance throughout the full life-cycle. Additionally, you will identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and compliance risks.
You will also mentor and support team members, sharing your expertise and building capability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management, commercial management, or procurement.
* Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial principles, and governance frameworks.
* A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Commerce, or related field.
* Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in investigations, compliance, or risk management will be highly regarded.
* Professional certifications such as World Commerce & Contracting (WCC/IACCM) or NCMA are a plus.
