As a Casual Café Attendant, you will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and invests in the growth of its members.
* Provide exceptional service to residents, staff, and visitors by being friendly, attentive, and responsive to their needs.
* Greet customers, take orders, and manage transactions professionally, ensuring accuracy and security.
* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and simple snacks/light meals, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
* Assist in reviewing and updating the café menu, considering dietary needs and resident preferences to ensure inclusivity and satisfaction.
* Process cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and securely, minimizing errors and risks.
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe café environment, adhering to health and safety standards and protocols.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, promoting a culture of responsibility and accountability.
* FHAC (Food Handling and Administration Certificate) is highly desirable.
* Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn, with a strong desire to grow and develop within the organization.
* Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
