Location & Hours
This full-time role can be based at any AER office in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne or Sydney and offers full-time, part-time or job-share arrangements.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the AER response to the APS Employee Census, analysing results, developing action plans, conducting pulse surveys and managing communications.
* Contribute to initiatives that foster a safe working environment, including diversity, inclusion and wellbeing.
* Coordinate the AER reward and recognition programme.
* Support strategic HR projects that promote a safe, inclusive and productive work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrated specialist understanding and application of HR frameworks (legislation, strategies, policies, guidance, systems and practices) and project management.
* Experience researching, analysing relevant information and data, identifying strategic opportunities and implementing improvements to people programs and initiatives.
* Strong communication skills – clear, concise and articulate – and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
* Collaborative approach with staff, colleagues, clients and stakeholders of diverse views to achieve results.
* Ability to establish clear project plans, respond to change, manage priorities and deliver outcomes.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, human resources, AHRI accreditation or equivalent experience (highly desirable).

Salary
$89,946 – $95,374 per annum (plus 15.4% superannuation).
