HEQS Wholesales Group is a market leader in the Furniture and White Goods Appliances industry and holds an established but growing position in the sector. We are an Australian family-owned and operated business, established for over 20 years, experiencing an exciting period of growth.
HEQS imports and wholesales over **** SKUs into our NSW/QLD/VIC warehouse and constantly brings new products to market. While we are well established in the Sydney/Melbourne Metro, we are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated sales representative to grow our business in Brisbane Metro and the Northern and Western regional areas of QLD. The primary focus will be on retail customers in the furniture and appliance sector, as well as wholesalers/distributors in the hospitality/accommodations sector.
About You:
We're on the lookout for an ambitious sales professional with a drive to succeed. Join our QLD on-road Sales Team, focusing on the growing Greater Brisbane area as well as the extended North and West regions. You will report directly to the National Sales Manager and work alongside our existing Sales Representatives across the country.

Critical will be your ability and hunger to win market share and grow/strengthen relationships across the state.
Responsibilities:
Visiting established and potential new customers.
Selling in new product ranges.
Backfilling gaps in customer range, taking orders and driving customer traffic to our website.
Occasionally merchandising stores.
Conducting product education and training.
Completing call reporting.
Contributing to New Product Development, idea generation and communicating with key decision makers to win new business.
Some country travel will be required. Interstate travel capability is required for this role.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of selling experience as an on-road sales representative in retail and wholesale channels.
Minimum of 2 years of on-road B2B sales experience in metro areas and familiarity with the regional market.
Social Media Savvy – Business and Personal Branding Expert.
Intermediate proficiency with Dynamic ERP/CRM systems is required, including the ability to utilise system data and generate client quotes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM systems is essential.
Experience selling a large number of SKUs across a broad range of customers is desired.
Highly enthusiastic and determined to grow and improve the existing business; high keyboard typing speed, and multi-tasking skills are critical.
Learn quickly and can adapt to the company's operating methods & systems.
A desire to provide exemplary service to customers in a manner that achieves sales growth.
Excellent presentation and communication skills. Good computer and data entry skills.
