Reporting to the Procurement Governance Manager, the Procurement Support Administrator will play a pivotal role in delivering quality procurement administrative support services across various business sectors and procurement categories. This role involves answering inquiries, managing inboxes, creating purchase agreements, and maintaining vendor details, among other responsibilities.

- Provide administrative support to the procurement team
- Answer questions and provide assistance to both internal stakeholders and vendors
- Manage various inboxes and address inquiries efficiently
- Assist in creating purchase agreements based on established contracts
- Maintain vendor details and support the onboarding process
- Review procurement compliance reports and identify non-compliance issues - Escalate challenges to the manager for resolution when necessary
**About You**:
- Strong background in procurement support knowledge and aspires to advance within procurement roles
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, systems, and frameworks
- Experience in ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365), Power BI, MS Forms, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (a plus
- Excellent organizational, relationship, and time management skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to plan and organize work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Aptitude and willingness to acquire procurement proficiency
- Public sector experience is a plus
