What you'll do
* Run an effective promotional program that delivers against sales, profit and market share targets.
* Utilise data and insights to ensure our promotional offers are customer‐led and deliver ROI.
* Manage the financial KPIs for the category across sales, profit, inventory and promotional margin.
* Manage non‐financial KPIs for Voice of Supplier, Voice of Team and Voice of Customer.
* Develop strategic supplier relationships through effective communication and negotiation regarding promotional investment and executions (aligning to KPIs).
What you'll bring
* Previous experience in buying or commercial exposure is preferred.
* Experience in promotional strategy and bringing new products to market.
* A broad skill set in increasing sales and profit through implementation of strategic program initiatives.
* Analytical skills and understanding of customer insights to make informed decisions.
* Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence with cross‐functional and external stakeholders.
