Job Title: Commis Chef (Casual)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront.

Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
* Produce food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienically.
* Maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standards.
* Use all equipment, tools, and machines appropriately.
* Work closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staff.
* Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests.
About You:
* You must have full Australian Working rights.
* Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate.
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel background.
* Strong technical abilities, reliable, flexible, and works well under pressure.
* Skilled in time management and organisation.
