The Role:
* Support and assist a Strata Manager, be mentored by the best in the business
* Strata Administration ad-hoc duties
* Manage repairs and maintenance for the Bodies Corporates
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
* Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
* Full training is provided for tasks and processes that you are not familiar with
The Candidate must possess:
* 6 + months experience in a Body Corporate administration capacity ideal
* Real Estate Property Management or Commercial Real Estate Experience
* A great can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent presentation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
