Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced warehouse professional to join our team in Karratha, WA.
As a Store Person FIFO, you will be responsible for carrying out accurate and efficient parts interpreting, picking, packing and despatch of customer parts orders with the primary objective of providing customers with the best service possible.
You will work closely with the Parts Supervisor to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing customer orders
* Interpreting and processing customer order data
* Repairing minor parts and reconciling inventory
* Conducting stock checks and maintaining inventory control
* Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
* Assisting customers with their queries and issues
Requirements:
* High Risk Work Licence – Forklift is essential
* WA Driver Licence – C Class
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Computer literacy – including MS Suite
* Great attention to detail
* Good manual handling techniques
* Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
