The Role
Join our team and become a sales superstar in the windows and doors industry, helping builders and the general public bring their home builds to life as you guide them through what G James can offer.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide product advice and prepare accurate quotes using V6, in line with Australian Standards, NCC and Design Pressures.
* Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
* Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service.
* Meet KPIs for response time, quote accuracy, conversions, budgets and customer satisfaction.
About You
You're eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and motivated to provide a positive customer experience.
* Open to training and feedback, with a desire to learn and share fresh ideas.
* A team player who collaborates, contributes to targets, and celebrates success.
* Passionate about supporting others and creating positive experiences.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and solutions‐focused mindset.

* Experience in a trade, building and construction field, or sales is a bonus but not essential.
